1. Introduction

Kansyakar® ("we", "us", or "our"), a division of LaxM Global Trade Private Limited (CIN: U24109RJ2024PTC096222), operates this e-commerce platform specializing in handcrafted metalware. By accessing www.kansyakar.com (the "Site"), you agree to these legally binding Terms.

2. Account & Eligibility

  • Users must be 18+ years or have guardian consent
  • Provide accurate business/personal details (PAN required for Indian tax invoices)
  • Prohibited: Bots, resellers, or commercial scraping without written consent

3. Product Specifics

  • Handcrafted Nature:

    • ±3% weight/tone variations are inherent

    • Natural tarnishing requires periodic polishing (care guides provided)

  • Custom Orders:

    • 50% non-refundable deposit for engraved/made-to-order items

    • Production timelines may vary by ±7 days

  • Strict prohibition:

    • Using product photos without attribution

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer our traditional metalcraft techniques
  • Use Site for illegal exports (ITAR/EAR restricted items)
  • Post reviews with false quality claims about alloys

9. Disclaimers

  • Traditional Craft: Minor imperfections are authenticity markers
  • Website Info: Product weights/dimensions may have ±5% variance
  • Third-party Tools: Payment gateways governed by their terms

10. Liability Limits

Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to order value or ₹10,000 (whichever is lower). Excludes:

  • Improper maintenance causing metal corrosion
  • International shipping delays

11. Governing Law

  • Jurisdiction: Courts in Sirohi, Rajasthan
  • Arbitration: Any disputes resolved through ICC India mediation

12. Amendments

We may update these Terms with 30 days notice via:
