Cancellation Policy

At Kansyakar®, we understand that sometimes plans change. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation Window

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

How to Cancel Your Order

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via:

Please include your Order ID and registered email address in your cancellation request.

Cancellation by Kansyakar®

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to the following reasons:

  • Product out of stock or unavailable
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Suspected fraudulent transaction
  • Incomplete or incorrect delivery address

In such cases, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Refund on Cancellation

If your cancellation request is approved:

  • Prepaid orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment source within 5–7 business days
  • Full COD orders: No charge will be applicable. Order will be cancelled without any payment deduction.
  • Partial COD orders (Advance + COD): The advance amount paid online will be refunded to the original payment source within 5–7 business days. The remaining COD amount will not be charged.

Non-Cancellable Orders

  • Orders that have already been dispatched or shipped
  • Customised or personalised products
  • Orders placed during special sale events (unless defective)
