🛒 Orders & Payments

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection, add products to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Partial Cash on Delivery (COD).

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been dispatched. Please contact us at kansyakarbronze@gmail.com or call +91 94607 14722 immediately.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

We offer Partial COD on select pin codes across India. This requires a 30% advance payment online, with the remaining 70% payable at the time of delivery. Full COD is not available.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Domestic orders are typically delivered within 5–8 business days. International orders may take 10–20 business days depending on the destination.

Which courier partners do you use?

We ship via Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post, FedEx, and DHL depending on your location.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also visit our Track Your Order page.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for damaged or defective products reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the return is approved and received.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if not yet dispatched. See our Cancellation Policy for details.

Are your products food-safe?

Yes. Our Kansa (bronze) and brass utensils are traditionally crafted and food-safe. Brass items are coated with Kalai (tin coating) for safe cooking and storage.
